OK, don't panic :) First, try a password reset by visiting the login page (found in your welcome email) and clicking on the "Forgot password?" link.
Be sure to check your Spam and Promotions folders to see if you don’t see the password reset email within 20 mins.
If that doesn't fix the issue, please contact us.
