Our preferred method of receiving files is through Google Docs.
Google Docs is free, but to access it you will need to set up a Google account (if you do not already have one) and set the Google doc share link as "Anyone with the link"
See the below image for reference:
Sending a Google Doc link helps us easily keep track of your work.
Google Docs URL: https://docs.google.com/
Using another method:
If for some reason you are unable to send a Google Doc link, then you may send an attachment in your ticket. Please save any attachment as a .RTF (Rich Text Format) file as this allows SEVERAL word processor editors to open the file and ensures anyone on our team that needs to access the document, can.
Programs that save in .RTF format:
If we receive a file in another format (such as .DOCX), we may request that you save your file again in the .RTF format and re-submit your work which may delay Peter from receiving your file/work.
Thank you!
For students of The 7 Figure CopyBot Operator:
When asking Peter for help, it is helpful to send your Master Checklist in your support ticket. Within your training account, you have access to your Master Checklist while studying/working to help you and to keep track of your progress. The Master Checklist is a Google Doc, you are able to send a share link of your personal copy. Set the Google doc share link as "Anyone with the link"
